I moved to vermont 3 yrs ago to become a skier and jay is where I started. An amazing mountain to call home. There is always more trees to discover or face chutes to hit. if you can try to go during the week, like wednesday = no tram lines which is where the amazing skiing starts. also offers an amazing array of opportunities for all levels. from "green glades" to hiking Big Jay. if you live on the east coast and have never been here it is definitely worth the trip. the new tram haus is beautiful and they are about to put in a new waterpark and ice arena.
